When Jeff & Eric did there world tour together in 2010, this song was one of the many they played together. I have heard the song in a different version before; the difference mainly being more guitar playing from Eric. I believe as a gesture of “friendship & loss” Eric had the song “mixed” so that Jeff pretty much does all the lead guitar work. Eric’s voice is perfect for the mood of the song. What can you say about the Master Jeff that has not been said. A gorgeous dream-like lead played by the Guitar Wizard himself. Rest in peace Jeff Beck; I am so blessed I walked this earth at the same time as you!

Each of them individually is a guitar legend and influenced millions. Together, they bring it to a whole new level and I can’t think of a more fitting way for Clapton to show his appreciation for Jeff Beck than to release this single.
Both display their skills on this track and is the kind of song that will appeal broadly to music fans of all ages. Who doesn’t love a good slow dance with their significant other or just a relaxing few minutes with the family?
I can’t recommend this track highly enough. It’s a classic, these men are classics in their own right and should be a must have in your music library.
