i just found this cd tucked away somewhere....no idea how it got there. but i popped it in and now i'm on my 2nd consecutive listen. it's perfect pretty background music for a sunday morning on a cloudy day. natalie's voice is so calming and soothing....like warm honey.

Over the last few years, I unfortunately lost touch with Natalie's music. Luckily I recently discovered this gem. Natalie is definitely in top form here. She kinda lost me a bit with "Ophelia" but has won me back with Motherland. I love "This House is On Fire" and "Motherland". I think this album even exceeds Tigerlily. It has less radio-friendly hits, but it is truly a genuine piece of amazing art. Have a listen and enjoy!

I have died and gone to heaven. This album is amazing. It was the only thing that brought me solice during the passing of my father. The most amazing part is today8/30/06 Natalie came into my job (while shes was recording here in boston) and sang to me asI rang her purchases. CRAZY! I LOVE HER! THIS ALBUM IS GOOD FOR ANY OCCASSION YOU WILL FIND IF YOU LISTEN CLOSE ENOUGH!
