When Bananarama released Masquerade in 2022, it received rave reviews, and deservedly so. It was my favorite Bananarama album of the past 30 years, ever since the group became a duo. Their vocals never sounded better and there were beautiful harmonies from start to finish. A year later, in 2023, the fun continues with Masquerade (The Unmasked Edition). In addition to the original eleven tracks, six of them have been chosen to be released as remixes. Each remix is the creation of a different remixer, making each one truly unique. They are all amazing, but my personal favorite is "Stay Wild". It really deserves a single release. Bananarama's Masquerade (The Unmasked Edition) is the gift that keeps on giving...
