Revising my first review as I was listening to some other iteration of the first season album. This season 2 album is right on with the music. Has the right intensity of the season's story. Beautifully done.

Stunning track! Beautiful orchestrations and just worked seamlessly with her stuggle on screen. Bear and the other composers writing additional music do a great job on the series, but this track was something else! It had an emotional resonance that worked in a different way to the rest. But then again, I love when the whole orchestra plays, and the full string section to me sounds sumptuous. The style of music is also perfect for her in 1948.

I can't find the words to describe how much I wanted this album. The first moment Outlander Season 2 Title song started to play I knew Bear McCreary did it again. He had me captured. How seamlessly his music resonate to what's on screen, the story being told.
I wasn't ready for Faith. The track and the episode of the same title, really show what amazing collaborate work all involved with Outlander can do.
I have had Outlander Season 1 soundtrack playing in my car since 2014. Can't wait to give this work as much dedicated listening.
