One of the few

I had her first record and it was good. Not great, but showed a lot of promise. But what does a 14 year old know about the blues? (I know that's harsh - but you know?) I kind of expected her to get into the weeds like her buddy Jonny Lang did - great initial promise, then he lost me. But not to worry - her playing is great, her voice has really turned into a great blues voice, and her tunes are good and getting better. Hoping that her time with the Kid Rock circus will let her achieve some prominence - she deserves it.
I agree WOW!!

I have all of Shannon's album's and this girl can truly rock. It's does the rock in roll soul good to find an artist who is true to the music, puts the music first. Put on your headphone, crank it, enjoy!

I really think Shannon's outdone herself on this latest effort. Her own compositions show a woman comfortable in her own skin. The three covers are all exceptional, but it must be mentioned that her duet partner on Clapton's "The Core" is none other than Joe Bonamassa and his flaming guitar - worth the price of the album by itself.
