This is undoubtedly one of my favorite records of 2007. As I scan through the songs trying to find specific details to mention, the brilliance of this record is becoming very obvious. Nothing about it is stamped out, none of the songs are filler. The record is called "Fast Lane Addiction", but it could just as well be called "Square in a Circle" or "Tangled." This album starts off strong with the rockin' title track and ends leaving you feeling very good with her heartfelt "I Can't Wait to Miss You." I dare you to listen to this record and not want to hear it again. Do yourself a favor and own it. I can't wait to hear her next release...maybe something with Jonny??? Thanks Shannon!
A refreshing new sound the music industry should take a listen to!

Shannon's music has really evoloved into one of the best albums I've heard in probably 15 years. Definitely blues inspired with a little rock and a little roll. It is the whole package, an album you can put on and listen to over and over. Every song is great. Favorite Rockin Song is Fast Lane addiction. Favorite mellow tune is a tossup of Cant Let You Go or I Cant Wait To Miss You. "Why" is awesome as well for moody. "Another" is pure rock & roll. It's a little of all you need in an album!
It's about time for a new full length

I ordered this CD from Shannon's website, so I've had it for a while now, the only dissappointing thing about the album is that it has the whole EP of 'Take It Like A Man' all over again. so beware, you're only getting 6 new songs if you already have 'Take It Like A Man'
