This album is fantastic. It amazes me how Peter is able to stay true to his unique sound and not feel pressure to change his style to try and come up with something new. Instead, he finds ways to be creative and keep his albums interesting, while keeping the rich and honest style of his original album.
The emotion in his music is so real. It is a much more gratifying entertainment experience to sit down and listen to this album than the main stream factory produce sound of other artists.
If you search google and research Peter, you will find that he has chosen to avoid contracts with national labels in exchange for a family lifestyle. While this may help Peter keep the lifestyle he wants, I think it goes a long way to keep his music true to what made is first album so popular.
This album is very re-playable and will be something I enjoy listening to for years to come.
His Best Yet

This is Peter's best album yet. The orchestration is superb, with a much bigger sound than his earlier stuff. He plays with a lot of different styles here which makes the album a lot of fun. Even if you aren't a fan or are familiar with his music, pick this one up. (The next best is the "Live" album if you get hooked...) We hope he won't wait as long for the next one!
Glorious.

Pete has a flavor of music that somehow appeals to everyone in one way or another. Whether it's just one phrase or a line of notes, something in his music will connect to your musical senses. There is a message in his music; and, in an industry where artists rely on the authorship of others, Pete's music means something to not only him, but everyone that journeys through this phase called "life".
Peter is the man.

this is a great CD!!! Peter never lets you down. Even though this CD is quite new, I can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

This is Peter's best album yet. The Big Parade certainly has come a long way since the days at Mama's Cafe in Provo. Nice Work!!!

For the seasoned fan or the curious newcomer, Peter has something for us all to enjoy. This album brings it all back and then adds a bit more. I particularly enjoyed the old-school upright piano featured on 'Old Paint' and 'Little Bird', a la Beatles, James Tayor. 'The Rain Tree' is unique to his repertoire and 'Tilting the Windmills' feels like a classic already. What isn't there to love about this music?
