Willie Nelson is an American icon. The man's unusual voice and music is just great.

My dad strummed his guitar, the famous one signed by all the country legends. You know, the one with the hole in it.He was at the valley forge music fair when he met the keyboardest, his sister.after the show my dad asked if he could strum the guitar, it was my dad's life long dream to do that. She said it was ok, and asked the Roadies to bring it over.He almost cried when he picked it up and strummed that guitar
At another show the jamborie in the hills, Saint Claires ville, ohio Willie was on stage singing, when he looked at my dad, pointed at him, took off his hat, and threw it to him.As he went to catch it a big drunk hillbilly grabed it away from him.Instead of fighting for it, he kept in his heart that it was ment for him.
We would like to thank willie for the generations of music, and memories he has given our family!!!!
Always on our minds.

One of my all time favorite albums! My father played the 8 track when i was a child and,
when i bought the CD as an adult, i still remembered every single word. Permanently Lonely and Last Thing I Needed First Thing This Morning are fantastic. WILLIE ROCKS!

I agree: this is one of Willie's best I specially like Waylon's influence in "A Whiter Shade of Pale." "Always on My Mind," who else could outdo Elvis? Willie, of course.
one of the best

forget what bombadillo said, this is one of the best Willie albums ever! Great classic Willie. A must have for all Willie fans. Even if you're not a fan, it's still a must have. Last Thing I Needed is a great song, as well as Do Right Woman..oh all of the songs are great.
Well.

Hm. I'm sure if you like Willie, this is great. As far as "Always on my Mind" is concerned... just skip this and buy the Pet Shop Boys version!
