Can’t remember a single piece

I appreciate and respect artists creating original material and not try to copy the same formula. Having said that, I have listened to samples from this album over and over again since it was released and not one piece of music is memorable- that is I cannot recall a single piece that stays in my head and I hum it to myself, and yet I downloaded a song from one of their earlier albums a couple of months ago, because it was stuck in my head.

I really enjoyed this album, i listen to it on YouTube over and over so i decided to buy it. I think it’s amazing. It’s original and brings me to another world. All the ridiculous individuals that are writing bad reviews of this album are classless white trash with no taste that wouldn’t know good music if it took them out dinner and made love to them afterward.

This album is all instrumental. It is different than any of their other albums. People always say they want something like ____’s best album, and if you make that album, they say that album is too similar to their best one. If you write albums to please fans, you won’t ever be creative.

As a long time M83 fan, I appreciate trying different things. But this album might be a joke they are playing on us. It’s literally the worst music ever. Combination of Chinese restaurant acoustics, bad made for TV jingles, and possible rip offs of Faerie Tale Theatre...surprised Shelly Duvall is not on vocals.
