They are supposed to be informing you of the album. But instead they try to break down the man as if breddren is not of his own creation. Sad individual, when he speak of Bob not gone, he speaks of eva livin, Yahweh spirit in every man, only babylon recognize physical vessel death as the end of life force. Groundations music is a blessing to whoever discover it. SELAH.

So who writes the main review up top for these bands? Its made pretty clear that he doesnt like Harrison Stafford's vocals...he makes that point ad nauseum. Its also pretty clear that rather than give a unbias review of the band as a whole, he would rather trash Harrison. I found this band a couple weeks ago and i think that everything about this band is great. yes even harrison stafford. He really tops off what is an amazing musical sound with vocals that blend perfectly into that sound. Every artist today has been influanced by past artists. yes I would agree that his vocals are reminiscent of Bob Marley, but still a style of his own. If you enjoy real roots reggae I recomend you check this band out. dont listen to bias iTunes reviews. Buy this album for the music and the VOCALS

The "Album Review" which is the first thing that one reads while browsing this abum, was clearly written by someone who lacks the imagination and intelligence to see past the "Marley era" and is not a part of the reggea movement as it stands today. It is sad to read such a poor and tasteless review, with an incredibly narrow point of view. I am so glad that people reading these reviews have the opportunity to hear the albums and are not left to make thier decision based on that review. And for the record, Robert Damien Marley as great as the name, did not even write most of his most popular songs, look it up and educate yourself. With guest artists on some of their albumns like Don Carlos, Apple Gabriel and Pablo Moses to name a few, it is obvious that the founders of reggea do not share the opinion of the original review. Peace

  • who wrote the review?

The person who wrote the official review for this album is a moron. While Stafford's voice might take some "getting used to," an overwhelming majority of listeners agree that his vocals affirmatively add to the power of this music. I've also met the man and there is nothing "self-aggrandazing" or egocentric about him. You really have to miss the point to write a review like that...

While this is not their best album, (although, once you've made Hebron's Gate, its safe to say that about everything new you make) this is still an original and appealing work. Personally, I love their singer's voice and the energy with which he performs. As for the official review, the author sounds like a complete fool. He seems to have decided to usurp this forum to vent his dislike of the lead singer, even going so far as to interpret a line about Bob Marley's continuing legacy as personal self agrandizement. At best, its a very odd take on those lyrics...

Don't be too put off by the itunes review. In my opinion, the vocal style is unique and creative, and I can appreciate that.
