It slowly grew on me

I've been a Chicane fan for a long time; the only reason I bought this album was because I'm a big fan of his work. There was nothing that about it that sounded special at first, it was nice, but didn't blow me away. After 10 listens or so, it's became easily one of my favorite electronic albums of all time. I love this album.
The beauty of this album, I think, is in the subtle, creative interleaving of various musical themes. Chicane's genius shines through, subtly hinting at melodic themes, through the chords in the background, or sometimes camouflaged in a mix of other notes. Repetition is certainly a feature of this music, but yet, it's not; the music is slowly changing, shifting, something new to continually attract the attention of your mind in some new way. I love it. Chicane seems like an artist who pays close attention to the details, providing yet again a rich, deep musical experience.
Great Album… Worth the Time & Money

I don’t write a ton of review, simply because most reviews seem unhelpful; however, I just picked this album up, and it was great. I’ve always like Chicane but thought most tracks were re-mixes of the “Behind the Sun” album. This is some good, new material that sound likes Chicane with a touch of Sigur Ros. Anyway very chill, with some good mild EDM.

I've been a Chicane fan for a decade. I think this is one of his best works. There are a couple songs that seem out of place (Mission Impossible Theme?) but otherwise, the album is A+++. Buy this!
