Just saw him live at the Toad Tavern in Littleton, CO. What an awesome show. Had Tommy Shannon on Bass (who looked like he was going to die from the altitude - Hope he's OK) and George Raines fron Jimmie Vaughn's band on drums. Not only was it an awesome show, but it was obvious they were having FUN (Cummings actually broke out laughing at a woman who danced a lot like Elaine on Seinfeld).
This guy is an amazing talent. I didn't even see his face for the first 20 minutes I was so busy watching his hands on that Strat! He was so into the groove that a couple of times I thought he'd actually levitate. I'm looking forward to more from him.

A Real Blues Blast

Who cares about comparisons, just enjoy the differences! Albert uses the Strat to really blast some great riffs that are not only technically accurate and soulful, but also unique in their combinations. Add that voice into the mix and this album has renewed my interest in rockin blues. I am once again playing air guitar with reckless abandon! I can't wait to blast this download through some big speakers!

Yeh, there will never be another SRV. But i could take a steady diet of Albert. Good blues voice, plays very well. I'll never dog a blues player. They don't play for the money.....they play cause they love the blues. KEEP IT ALIVE!!,,,,,,RWS
