I.M. has done it again. When you think he can’t become better as a composer, lyricist and producer, he exceeds each album with his continuous growth. Lure is an intoxicating title track with the album following in its scent.

Off the beat is the most incredible album of 2024 PERIOD! All of the songs sound so good especially Skyline😩 Absolutely such an incredible album!!

This album blends Im Changkyun’s supreme rap with his gorgeous singing voice for a soulful, romantic, deeply-felt album. I love how clearly his voice comes through in every track here (I found some of Overdrive’s overproduction of his vocals irritating on a couple tracks.) His voice is too good for that ish and I am so glad it shines through here. Of course, our beloved Monek is here but we get to see more of the cool, tender, deep thinking, mature musician who knows who he is “me, myself, and I.” My favorite I.M EP by far. The only thing I wish is that his single, “Slowly,” was on it too. It feels like it is part of the story.
