Album of the year?

I know it’s only February but this might already be the album of the year for me. Featuring a very Slint/Spiderland like sound (to which the singer even acknowledges) but with an exciting klezmer influence, this album and this band just blew me away. They’re the best thing I’ve heard in a while. Easily my new fave band right now. Lyrically, it’s brilliant and funny and cheeky in its story telling. Musically, it’s weird and exciting and dissonant. There’s a lot of build up and emotion, especially in Sunglasses. Leave Kanye out of this!!
