This omits many of their early career hits ("Praying For Daylight", "I Melt", Mayberry", "Skin (Sarabeth)" all of which are top three country music chart hits) in favor of some lesser charting hits ("Changed", "Riot"). This could've easily just been an extension of the Greatest Hits Vol. 1 album that was released back in 2008.

I’m a casual Rascal Flatts fan, so I’ve never owned a full album, but I have long wanted a collection of their most popular songs. I held off on purchasing their first Greatest Hits album in hopes that a new one would be released with some of their more recent hits included. Sure enough, this collection came along, but unfortunately it fell a bit short of the mark. This album could’ve been definitive, but while the group added some great tracks from the past decade, they made the choice to remove older songs that were on the first compilation (“Prayin’ for Daylight,” “I Melt,” “Mayberry,” “Feels Like Today,” and “Skin”). In addition, songs like “The Day Before You” and “Summer Nights” never made it to either collection, despite being (in my opinion) essential listening for any Rascal Flatts fan. So if you’re looking for a single Rascal Flatts album that’s got all your favorites together, this may not be it. It’s a decent starting point, so go ahead and purchase, but be prepared to supplement it with other missing classics and build your own Rascal Flatts playlist.

"Food waste is like the band Rascal Flatts: it can fill a surprising number of stadiums even though most people consider it complete garbage."
