“Attack of Panic” is both a powerful and fun song about a serious issue regarding panic attacks. Aly & AJ delivered something special with this track and depicted the true emotions and feelings about mental health and have been recently with their previous Pop Perfection EP’s ‘Ten Years’ and ‘Sanctuary’. “Attack of Panic” gives musical energy of musical artist, Lorde, which is a synth pop sound that fits absolutely perfect with Aly & AJ’s new music style. “It’s okay, keep breathing.. Only way it’s leaving” ....You have to honor and respect a song that has emotional lyrics like these, but at the same time also sounds incredible to dance and head bang to.

these sisters are grossly under-appreciated for their dynamic, insanely vibrant soundscapes & deeply poignant lyricism. aly & aj paint the vision of being caught in a whirlwind of panic both vocally and lyrically, in a way most artists have only attempted to. this dark banger can be danced or cried to with equal passion, and deserves just as much.
