Hi, I'll start by saying that this album is really good. Taeyeon is my favorite K-pop artist of all. This album surpassed my expectations ^^
Though I have a problem. I've purchased this album a year ago when it released. However, whenever I try to search it up in my iPhone, I can't find it. It won't show up in my music. Although it show the fact that I did purchased it when I click on the album in here, It won't show up in my purchased stuff!! Therefore it is frustrating me because can't play the album! So I was wondering if I could have a refund on the album, with the money back in my account and all, and then I promise! I will purchase it again!! So please!! Just give me a refund on it and then I'll buy it again! It might solve my problem! Contact me if you agree or if you have any other solution to solve my problem!!
