  • The Cutest Manga I have read in years…

Let it be known, not only have I read this manga already, but I have also read the other current chapters and have become heavily infatuated with this manga ever since it’s early chapters. This Manga is one of the only few manga that actually made me somewhat depressed catching up. When I caught up, I felt as if I hadn’t savored the chapters enough. So, now that I currently have to wait for the other chapters to release, I feel defeated. No story has made me feel like that in years. As I continued to read this manga I laughed, swooned, and fell head over heels for Our MC (Ooyama) and his delinquent accomplice (Akutsu). They’re both so quirky and adorable that they had me grinning from ear to ear whenever they interacted with each other. Although, this next point of mine is possibly a stretch, but this really isn’t cringe at all. You obviously will have those cliche ecchi moments now and then, but overall, this has been one of THE most wholesome and comedic journey’s in manga I have ever experienced. Each chapter does not miss on capitalizing the progression of time and the development of their relationship. This was one thing I respected a lot about this story, because a plethora of manga in this style will deliberately backtrack on m character and emotional development in order to yoink more chapters and lengthen their series. Akutsu, does not do that. It willfully portrays their relationship growing and forming each chapter as well as the change in the people around them. And I must reiterate that this is such a cute little story. I can’t help but grin every time I see one of them make progress or feign the “oh so obvious” ignorance. The comedy aspect of this has for sure made me laugh quite a bit. I have mixed emotions of me wanting this series to end quick so I can see them end up together and their lives after, but the other half wants this to keep going on and on until the end of time. I am just glad I was around to support the author and grab Volume 1. Hopes to a successful manga and future series! 5/5
