    Reading this was a very eye opening and mind opening experience. A great way to jump start my journey to optimal health. My husband is gonna read it next. We are preparing our bodies to transition to a plant-based vegan lifestyle. The TOP new things I learned in this book were about food combining, what times are actually best to drink water, the truth about fasting, the cycle of soil/food damage, about the store-bought “vitamins and supplements” as well as the beauty products we use daily. Very life changing. (While reading I bookmarked a few important things I wanted to keep forever for reference and to re-read in the future. So I just went back and and counted: I have 136 pages bookmarked!)
