I made the sad mistake of downloading this video before i read the reviews. It is only 32 sec long. I too have reported it to itunes. I want this video!!!!!!!

I am a "great big" Eric Benet fan, however I did not get to see much of this great video: I am guessing it is great because it only dowloads the first 30 seconds. Hopefully I tunes will take care of this problem and no one else will lose money related to partial downloads of videos. From what I saw Eric looks great and sounds great in this video. I frown : ( at I tunes for not fixing this on-going problem.

This video would be great if we could see the whole thing!! I am very unhappy to have purchased this and turn around and only see the preview....get it together itunes and refund me my money. Be better than that to fix your mistakes and answer up to them.

I purchased and downloaded this wonderful music video three times, each time it the file was only 0:32 seconds. Caution! Wait for iTunes to repair this error before purchasing and downloading this music video.
