Miley Cyrus has earned my respect. Through all the controversy and past mistakes, she keeps self-improving and coming out swinging. I love this song, and I love the music video. It’s just Miley, standing in front of us and being very honest. Every emotion in the song is expressed in her face. Her tears, her joyous smile, and even much more subtle emotions in the lyrics come through. It’s those genuine expressions of feeling, the good and the bad, that set her apart for me. I’m looking forward to your next move, Miley.
