The single were so infectious. The rest, perhaps not as much. But after multiple listens, its been a go-to album for any of my iPod mixes!

Vance Joy, aka James Keogh, is an up-and-coming Australian artist. He's definitely one to watch! The simple and upbeat lyrics and rhythm of Riptide has placed him up there with Taylor Swift and Train as my favorite artist (He opened for TS! Can you say best concert ever?) Mess Is Mine is a great way to slow it down without losing the happy simplicity of Riptide. A truly great artist with a genuinely terrific sound! See you by the shore, BeachBeat

Saw Vance in concert with Taylor Swift when she came to Philly and played for over 55,000 fans both nights, he was very humble and you could definitely tell that he loves what he does. The happiness of him raided off him into the crowd. Such a good act. Loads of respect for him.
