Alex is already a huge star in her native UK and was on track to be the next Leona Lewis but for some reason her label Syco held up her US launch (I guess Simon was too busy promoting his 1D boys). Her second album didn’t fare well in the UK so she parted ways with her label in 2012 and now she’s releasing some new music!!
Anyways this song is amazing! Her voice is heavenly and this deserves to be at the top of the charts, not that vapid tabloid fodder queen Taylor Swift. I can’t wait to see what directions she goes in with her 3rd album (and perhaps her US debut!)
