Definitely her best album. “Forever Your Girl” was not bad at all it surpasses debut album material but this album is THE best. Has the right ballads and Rush Rush is the standout track in the entire album. “Rock House” and “My Foolish Heart” should’ve been singles. It’s a shame she was very limited in making albums because of her accident, but she never goes forgotten and this album proves why.

This album was IT back then. I still play it and it brings me right back where I was. I have the special edition CD in the powder case and the original CD came in those old school long cardboard boxes (anyone remember those without showing how old I am- haha I still have both. VIBEOLOGY is my favorite track- different, bass bangin and what else do you need but Paula being in a funny way??!!!

Even after all of these years I find I still have the desire to listen to this. While Spellbound did not get all of the love it deserved, it certainly has some solid songs. Rush Rush, Blowing Kisses in the Wind, and U are each great songs… there is some early 90’s fluff, but overall, I still really enjoy listening to Spellbound..
