If someone asked me to name essential blues albums this is on the top of the list. For $5.99 that is such a great deal. I absolutely love this album and have for years. Never get sick of it. Freddie was the King of electric blues that is.

Leon Russell with his prodigious band backing Freddie King. All of the shelter recordings of Freddie King are beyond belief good. Electric blues does not get much better than this.
