Where's The Album "Don't Explain"?

I entered Robert Palmer "Don't Explain" and it brought me to this album but it's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the 1990 LP "Don't Explain" which features the hits, including the soulful "Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)/I Want You (Medley)", a brilliant cover of two Marvin Gaye classics wrapped up in one song, and the rocker "You're Amazing" which features Billy Idol axeman Steve Stevens burning up the strings on lead. I'd really like to see that album here at iTunes. "Don't Explain" is OOP now and very hard to find although it is on a "2-on-one" cd put out by reissue company Edsel but it costs $20-25 brand new. Why "Don't Explain" is not at iTunes is beyond me but it is an album I'd like to see here. It's one of many great OOP albums you can't get here. This album is okay but it's the wrong album. Can't believe it's been 12 years since we lost this great blue-eyed soul/pop-rock singer. R.I.P. Robert Palmer. Your music is severely missed especially with all the garbage out there today.
