I fell in love with this group when they were on the Sing-off and have been a fan ever since. A great album and they are great in concert as well.

Some would say this is a great acappella album… Well, I put it to you: It's just a great album; period. The tracks, though produced only by their voices, don't immediately strike you as a cappella. They just strike you as fantastically well-written songs that just happen to be performed by voices. This is the first time I've heard music that is actually bettered explicitly because it's all voices. They do things that could never be effectively reproduced on instruments. Honestly, not a lot of artists these days can achieve this kind of finesse and polish in each and every track. It's absolutely fantastic, and I haven't stopped listening to it since I got it in July. (And I don't think that's about to change). If you've ever been a SCS or a cappella fan, this album is a MUST buy. Because this is about as good as it gets.
  • Buy this. Buy it now.

I didn't think the boys could top Unpractice, but they accomplished that and then some. From "Voodoo" to "Dragon Rider", SAN is filled with amazing arrangements, unbelievable mouth-instrumentation and numerous vocal acrobats. A Capella heavy metal? Yes, please! If you're a fan of the band, this should be a purchase you've already made. If you're a fan of a Capella, you need to buy this now and listen to a band of pros show you how it's done. If you're a casual music listener who is looking for something you'll leave on "repeat" on your iPod for awhile, give this a chance. "Picturing You", "Voodoo", "Frozen in Time", and the title track are personal highlights, but all the tracks are great. Get it now...you won't be sorry!

Dragon Rider is my favorite but I love all the songs....wish there were more! At times while listening I was reminded of early Beatles and at other times they remind me of ELO at their finest. Love, love, love these guys!
