    there are better tracks for expecting moms out there. hypnobirthing cd's for example. this guy's voice is stiff, affirmations are brief and the visualizations are pretty basic and unimaginative. good to sleep to with a lot of blank space on the tracks but not good for creative mind work.

    Harshada has an amazing way of sharing the gift of meditation. What a great way to start the baby out in life and having the baby understand the benefits of meditation from the womb. Of course, this is of great benefit to the mother especially when preparing for labor. Enjoy Harshada's meditations as much as I do.

    I just meditated with the Deep Relaxation for Mom track - I feel so amazingly relaxed and refreshed - better than I have since I learned I was pregnant. Thank you for this wonderful gift - much needed for new mom's to be. I too have had difficult mood swings - weepy, hyper-sensitive and sometimes mini-rages - my poor husband!     Ive been looking for something like this since I first got pregnant! So happy to finally find it, and its even better that I thought. The meditations are easy to follow, I love the visualization in particularly- its an amazing experience the pulsation of energy and the baby as one and the same.
