okay, look. you are a decent rapper and i actually own your album bi-polar. but trying to re-do all these amazing hip hop classics?? no. House of Pain, Cypress Hill, and Bob Marley.....ESPECIALLY bob marley would be dissapointed in this. go back to your heavy metal or even your "to the extreme" style. and how many "ice ice babys" do we need? i thought the first one was plenty

I was wondering what Rob Van Winkle was up to the last few years. Wiki'd him and then ended up here. This. Is. Horrible. From what I've read about Rob he wants to do what JR Rotem does, but simply cannot. Maybe if he just produced he'd be fine, BUT: 1. His vocals are awful... They're all over the place trying to be different on every song. That doesn't show 'range' or 'dynamics' Rob, it shows lack of direction and musical confusion. 2. His beats sound like they came out of a children's toy. This album (and even his OLD stuff) has no bass frequency hits below mid-bass level. It's 'hop' with out the 'hip.'

This is sad, almost pathetic. There are only so many chances and I think yours are officially used up. It is time to hang up the mic or branch out overseas to some third world country! If this album cost a buck I wouldn't buy it. Along time ago "To the Extreme" was cool and "Ice Ice Baby" today still holds up, but your done man.
  • I like it!

Since 1990 I been following his steps and there is no way to stop admiring him with his great potential with music, I waited 10 long years to at last step on stage with him!! It was great that night at The Roxy in Houston TX . the best 20 seconds of my life holding the mic and singing for The Ice Man!!! So you know MAN I will always support you!!!

i'm glad he's stll out there and picking himself up off the ground!! Ice Ice Baby didn't sound too good as a metal song, but Vanilla Ice is definatly making a comeback!

Buffalo Soldier has a vocoded chorus and a keyboard preset scratch sound. It is truly amazing that anyone in the world could stomach this enough to want to buy it. Bob Marley just turned over in his grave. Covering Public Enemy's "Fight the Power"?..... are you kidding me? EPMD? Aaaaaargh make it stop. Please.
