I've had this album for a week and it's already my second favorite comedy album. Maria is hysterical without ever getting mean. Her different voices are a treat to listen to and gives her a unique edge over other comics. Her burning bridges tour album, referenced at one point, is just a funny. Press debit or credit.
One of my favorites

Maria is incredibly unique, witty, funny and absolutely delightful, and she seems to just get better and better with each release. I liked her when I first saw her on the Comedians of Comedy series, but it wasn't until I bought this album that I realized just how gifted a comedian she really is. She's proof positive that the ridiculous stereotype that women aren't funny is absolute bunk. Whether you're a fan of the alternative comedy scene, or just looking for a load of laughs, this album is for you.

This album is awesome! I think Maria is one of the most talented comedians on Earth, and she is just great. Please, Maria, come to Maine. You're my inspiration to become one of the best comedians in the state. Eventually, I'll work up to that goal. But I feel that doing that would really cut into my sitting around time.

Maria Bamford is one of my favorite comedians. This album is side-splittingly funny. "Baby look pretty now, mommy?"

Want to know how to win? Buy this album. Arguably one of the funniest comedians on the circut today. If you are looking for a female comedian which talks about relationships and why women are so much better than men, then miss bamford is not for you. I heard about her on the podcast "Never Not Funny". I highly recomend her.
A Great find!!

I came across this album on Sandra Bernhard's "everything bad & beautiful" page as a "reccommend" and I'm so glad I did--I am now officially a fan. And by the way, Sandra's new album is Fantastic!!! Absolutely hilarious and brilliant. Two very talented women.

You're missing out unless you've seen her Comedy Central Special(second one). I haven't! But even if I went to the past with a flux capicitor and 1.21 jigawatts and saw that Special, I would still want this in my library to remind my future self craziness is next to comediness...whatever, just know that this one's for the books....the future books!
Smart and refreshing and fun

Maria Bamford is such a refeshing voice in alternative comedy today. She doesn't get too dirty or too angry. She never insults her audience. She manages the most difficult of feats - bringing us into the world as she sees it and making us laugh. Her impressions astound, but she is so much more than "voices". Her jokes are expertly crafted, smart and fun. Listening to her is inspiring and renews my faith that comedy can be both hilarious and absurd and nice.
She is a silly goose!!
