It's cool, a little something to listen to to hold you over in this time of mostly forgettable music, but from these reviews here you'd think this was going to be as good as his first four albums. Sorry, it's not. It's decent, and it's nice to hear from Musiq, but I just miss that sound he had on those first four, even five albums. This is one of those projects where it isn't bad or anything, but most of the songs just aren't that memorable and don't really stand out. I also felt Musiq was trying to sound modern with the song imreallytrynnafwitu, literally anyone could've made that song. Trey Songz could've done it, and I actually like Trey! But when I listen to Musiq I want Musiq level quality! I feel that the problem is Hit-Boy, he's just not that great of a producer, I've been saying this since the first KD album from Nas. He shouldn't produce entire projects, so overall this is alright for the moment but I think I'll stick to Musiq's first four albums, and even somewhat the two albums that came after that.
