Alison Krause is one of the best fiddle players and she does not really perform as before. Plant seems to be the front man and she is second fiddle (pun intended) She has an extraordinary voice that seems more backup. It especially shows in the live concert. Come back Alison!! You are the equal to Plant or better: you not only have the voice but the fiddle playing. The camera followed Plant like he ws a god--not appreciated.

These two can do no wrong together. I thought Raising Sand was the best they could be but was pleasantly surprised on this album. Same perfectly blended vocals with a slightly edgier tone on most tracks. Highly recommend, especially if Raising Sand was a fave.

Never would’ve paired them up. Plant and Krause are the epitome of great chemistry… his leather and her lace = magic. Love every song!

The righteous, joyful and long overdue reunion of two perfect voices from different musical solar systems.

I don’t think Robert Plant has ever sounded as good, and that’s saying a lot. Raising Sand was very good, but this is incredible. If I had to be pressed for a favorite song it’d have to be Quattro (World Drifts In), so many good ones.
  • Just amazing.

Even better than Raising Sands, one of my favorite albums ever. The two voices blend beautifully, the song selection is awesome and the musicality is off the charts. I am so glad they revisited the concept.

This recording is a home run. I like the song selection even better than their first collaboration, Raising Sand. I anticipate listening to this album over and over and over again.

The song selection in this album is better than last album. Amazing and powerful music from two master vocalists and musicians.
