I lost my grandad a few months ago and I was listening to the radio I think k-love was playing it and so I heard it and and now whenever I find it I listen to it and for everyone else please listen to this song no matter if you lost a grandparent or a parent a husband or a friend or a pet this song WILL help you through the loss whoever it is you lost they have no scars anymore the only scars in heaven are on the one that holds them now.

As a brain tumor survivor, this song has given me a whole perspective!!!

My Father passed on the 30th of December 2020. The words of this song are so dear to my heart. Casting Crows have been one of my favorite Christian Bands since I starting listening. This is an awesome song.

What a beautiful song for a tired and weary world. Such a beautiful message.

My loyal, beautiful soul-of-a-woman, Best Friend lost her 27 year-old son recently (June, 2021), when his mental illness convinced him that the only way to make the pain and hopelessness; the constant torture, of his mind and heart STOP, was to end his own life. He took his own life because he believed a lie. (My Friend had her Beautiful Boy when she was 15, so they had grown up together.) I had no words for her. Nothing. There was absolutely nothing I could say to her that would be significant enough to even ease her pain (and anger) one tiny bit. So I stayed silent. But then, I heard this song. It’s by Casting Crowns, whom I love and admire, so the words of Scars In Heaven; that they translate God’s Word for us so succinctly and so beautifully, is no surprise. So I sent them to her. But we spoke on the phone before she had the opportunity to open my message, which included this song, and she told me about a song she had heard, called Scars In Heaven. The Lord had provided, through the Holy Spirit, the words I needed to say; the words my girl needed to hear. So my review of Scars In Heaven is that I believe this song will be included on any/every Greatest Hits/Best Of albums Casting Crowns ever does. 5-Stars Would I listen again? On REPEAT! Would I recommend to a Friend? To everyone I KNOW!

My brother is going through stage 4 liver cancer & my hope & prayers is God will grant his miracles upon my brother. Yet knowing how real the words of this song is, has brought many tears & peace, His peace. THANK YOU for such a time as this, so many needed this song🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼

Lost 90 yo mom this year, I am sure she had rough times in her life but know she is with the one that has took the scars for her now.
