Reinvented for a new decade and stronger than ever

I grew up with "Riverdance" watching the 1996 "Live from New York City" video on VHS and DVD during my childhood and seeing the US tour in Boston. Hearing the new arrangements of all of these spectacular highlights from the show's 25th anniversary production (with the inclusion of a larger string and brass section in the orchestra to make it sound more cinematic) makes it sound 10x better than the original 1995 album. I'm sure the reimagined sets and new costumes of the dancers go perfectly with this reinvented take on this immortal Grammy Award-winning score. Sure to both please the show's beloved fan base and introduce newcomers to this worldwide cultural phenomenon, one that continues to amaze and inspire the world, one dance step at a time.
Still great

Being an Irish dancer who grew up watching and listening to the music... I can truly say this is the album die hard fans, music lovers and truly anyone with two ears has been waiting for.. the moment I saw heartland listed I hit the purchase button before the track even started to play. From start to finish this anniversary album is pure brilliance.
