I’ve had a very tumultuous relationship with this band. I can’t believe, 20 years later, this band would be relevant to me again. Now that FD & the LB haven’t been in the negative public eye, for some time, it’s like rediscovering a new band on your own term again. This EP is, IMO, their best work. The lyrics are mature and incredibly relevant-14 years after its release. And it’s great to hear Durst return to a more raw- preMtv fallout- approach to the world. The music is tight, hard hitting, and shows the class that come from these hard rockers; having gone under the radar after so many years of placing them in an isolated box based on socially perceived reputation. The Unquestionable Truth pt. 1 may be the best contribution by this band and is a stand alone Punch. In. The. Mouth.
