this book is a great foundational tool for people that have a hard time identifying and processing their emotions, finding solutions and/or outlets to those emotions, whilst also providing a deeper understanding of what you need to do to actively be better on a day to day. my partner and i are on a journey to being healthy and whole— that doesn’t start until (you) acknowledge the behaviors, patterns, and coping mechanisms you have adopted— then destroy them! lol no, but seriously for those of you who just simply want to be better… this book is definitely nice to have in your pocket!
